Reindeer Ranch guarantees every item it sells... unconditionally. If you are not satisfied with any purchase please contact us for a return authorization to receive a full refund or a replacement. Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Standard ground shipping is provided via Fed-Ex. Please provide a physical street address (no post office boxes) for delivery. Expedited service via overnite, 2 and 3rd express service is available.

Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO are shipped by U.S. Post Office Priority mail.

Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt.


GIFT SERVICES

Gift Certificates are available in increments of $20.00, $35.00, $50.00 or $100.00.

Gift cards will be mailed directly to the recipient via the US Post Office. Gift cards may be redeemed at anytime online or by calling tolling free to
1-800-816-1640. Any unused balance will be retained for future purchases.

Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
